Promotion from Commissioned Officer Selectee to First Lieutenant.
Luke, you are always active in HQ when it’s not at it’s busiest, and I always see you filling positions and engaging with both civilians and personnel. You have been superb throughout your selectee period, completing your TTs promptly. I cannot wait to see what you achieve here in both SF and USAF.
